Universal enhancements
In addition to class and racial enhancements, players can spend their action points on universal enhancements available to all races and classes. New Free to Play accounts cannot immediately access universal enhancement trees: each one must be obtained via earning favor during gameplay, by becoming a VIP or by purchase from the DDO Store. See the page for each universal tree for more information on how to obtain it.
