i cannot acess my account everytime i log in it says that the password or the username is incorrect but im damn sure that the username and the password i enter is correct i allready noted it down in my notebook and i also allways make sure that. i even tried it in both the upper case and the lower case letters but no effect.please help me i dont want to lose my char on that account it is very hard for a f2p player to level up his char and my char is level 13 a wiz pls pls pls help me
