Description: Bluto is an optional boss off the left-most path in White Plume Mountain, if you choose to go through the waterfall. He has a group of four other regular enemies. His death unlocks a chest that can contain the Black Opal Bracers and the Rose Quartz Sigil Stone, as well as their legendary versions.
