Proposed Material component definition[edit]
- Material component shall include pages representing items required for casting any spell
- Items shall include
- Component items ( Small Candle ... )
- Ammunition items ( Masterwork Arrow ... )
- Weapon items ( Anointed Cold Iron Bastard sword ... )
- Potion items ( Potion of Bull's Strength ... )
- Ingredient items ( Khyber Dragonshard ... )
- The following pages don't fit in to the above, so I propose they be removed from the category.
- "Material Component" - This page contains information detailing what a Material component is. If anything that page should be linked to or transcluded in the contents area of the category page
- "Ammunition" - This page contains generic information about ammunition in the game. Not all ammunition is a material component. I believe that as individual item pages are created for 'masterwork arrow' etc, those pages would qualify for inclusion
- "Template:Components" is a template, not a material component. Category injection is likely due to category bleed or injection by template not being wrapped properly.

- Not sure what this was all about Joenuts (Contribs • Message • Email), but I just did a bunch of cleanup and consistency work to the components and template for them. I hope these changes address at least some of your concerns.
