Conceptual snag[edit]

This illustrates a potential sore spot in {{Infobox-ability}}. If an ability both is a song and is passive, then the template infers it is part of the Bardic Ballad, overriding listed parameters (which are mostly obsolete). However, this enhancement is a combination of an active song component and a passive buff component. Listing both components in a single box leads it to infer incorrectly that it's a ballad, as in Skaldic Scream/bad/sandbox. The only current means to avoid this is to create a separate infobox for each component, as shown here.

To be fair, there aren't that many bard songs. If we need a one-off kludge, so be it. Hoopy Froodle (ContribsMessage) 18:13, August 24, 2019 (EDT)
