After I have collected all of the Sigil pieces I talk to SIR ROHINE STEIDRA and he replies: 'I cannot fuse the sigil into a key unless you bring me all the pieces.' Has anyone else had this problem?→ 65.203.41.178 14:02, June 9, 2011 (EDT)
- Have you turned in both quests and advanced the chain? He won't fuse them until you reach that point in the chain.. ShoeMaker 15:15, June 9, 2011 (EDT)
