Dwarves casting or scrolling Master's Touch can gain the Dwarven Axe proficiency this way. In order to do so with a scroll, the character holds a Dwarven Axe in the left hand, a Master's Touch scroll in the right hand, then activates the scroll. - Jollyswagman
Dwarves are naturally proficient with dwarven axes. They don't need to train or cast anything, just be short and hairy Yawgmoth ( IRC • Message ) 17:42, August 10, 2012 (EDT)
