Duration does scale with Caster Level, discussion [here]. Not yet sure of the exact mechanics, so I haven't updated the page yet.

24 seconds plus 6 seconds per caster level, per DDO:EU release notes

eh release notes aren't always right. I remember the devs saying they did a few ranges.. I think as a level1 spell tehy did something weird to frontload it, so it's duration is nice at lvl1.. But can't quite recall. 24 +6 per level is incorrect because my fvs's last 2:12, same as the guy in that thread. DP is 24 +6s per CL, as that does last 2:24. I also tried gettting a neg lvl to see if it would drop the duration.. nope. Will have to check my lowbie cleric to confirm the proper duration.. gime a few min

mm k my lvl12 clr matches the 24+6 s (he gets 96seconds, 66+24 = 96). So dunno.. My guess is there is something weird going on where the CL is capped at 18.. Many spells which cap out at a certain CL for effects such as ray on enfeeblemetns str dmg cappng out, also capt the duration. Guess it's not exactly the same here, but instead capping at double the CL , 18) eh dunno for sure, will update it for now and post in thread maybe someone can remember whats causing the weirdness here.
