Is there anywhere on this Wiki that states; when creating a Character; its 'Name' must not exceed 12 letters; the 'Surname' no more than 20 letters? If not, I think it would be a good idea to mention it somewhere appropriate. The nearest thing I could find with a quick search; was a broken link to what would be; the naming conflicts and violations. Rather than specifics on the Character creation "naming" process.
