Hey folks! Just a question (hope this is the right place to post)
I'm building an Arcihmage Arcane Archer elven pure wizard and cant seem to find the answer to this question on the internet. Say that my Archmage has a specialization in necromancy ¿Will that afect DCs on necromancy arrows like slay arrows? Will enhancements of the elemental and force type add to arrow damage? Any sinergy between the 2 classes?

spell DCs and Spell Focus feat thing have nothing to do with AA imbue arrows. AA slaying arrow is just fixed 500 damage added on a roll of 20, so its not like Slay Living/Finger of Death spell where your necromancy DC matters. elemental arrows are just like additional dice roll such as Flaming, Acid Burst etc.
synergy between these two is poor as far as my observation goes. i've seen healbot cleric (or bard) that can add tiny bit of ranged DPS, but casters? no. its like "why don't you work on your SP spell pool and use your nuking spells instead?" thing.
in the end ranged characters in this game is generally not powerful at all. when players puts LFM up for a DPS spot and an archer joins in, he is almost everytime considered a let down... (disclaimer: this is a power-gamer/meta-gaming perspective!) its a fun thing to build such characters and solo some stuff, yea, but its not optimal choice of build.
