- Refer to the following article: A Smaller Problem. Ancient Giant Totems are related to the: Ruins of Gianthold (Epic), random encounters. If Brawnpits, appears somewhere randomly on the map you can then use them. I think they are always still randomly placed even when Brawnpits doesn't appear anywhere on the map instance.
