Game Mechanics - Wiz/?/? Armor Prof:

- DDOWIKI Wiz pg = NO armor prof

- EK Enhance = Light & medium Armor Prof (reduced ASF AND NO penalty TO-HIT & Str / Dex Skills)...BUT... Can NOT get Heavy Armor Prof until I Take a DUPLICATE SECOND Feat of Light and heavy Armor Prof. I do not agree with the second Feat requirement.

- Also 2nd / 3rd class allows Prof in light/medium/heavy Armor, so how are the mechanics applied to this? Isn't Armor Prof that is taken supposed to allow a toon (of any class) to be proficient in that armor class which negates the "To-Hit & Str / Dex Skills" with ASF still applied?

--- With the feat starved classes, The wizard "should" be allowed to have these enhancements negate the ASF AND the "to-hit" & the STR/DEX skills penalties through their enhancements.

--- These Enhancements should "override the Feat requirement" so that the Wiz can take the heavy armor Prof WITHOUT duplicating the light and medium armor Feats. Why? The Wiz MUST put emphasis into ASF through the Enhancement trees AND/OR Racial Enhancement Benefits to compensate the ASF. These "focused" Enhancement points could better be used in other enhancement trees to make the mage more powerful in the arcane and negative realms. To "penalize" the Wiz by NOT allowing this to occur seems unrealistic in DnD. They are, after all, focusing in the armor rather than the negative and arcane realms.
