These are one of the best items in the game for early chars, imo. each is like a free potion per rest! I keep a taskbar full of them so i can switch them around quickly. just keep repeating until you have a bunch, and you can save money on CLW potions. They are also a concrete total replacement for healing kits; they are usable on party members, I don't see any reason to use heal skill at all if you have one of these.
