Talk:Freezing Ice
How sure are we that the DC on Minor Freezing Ice, Lesser Freezing Ice, and Freezing Ice are all 35? I have the L16 Tunic with Lesser Freezing Ice, which rarely seems to work in epics. I noticed another monk who seemed to be landing Freezing Ice very often, which makes me suspect that the DCs are not all the same.
