Description
Enemies are sprayed with illusions of color, and must make a Will save or be Dazed, Blinded, and/or Silenced. The target must make a saving throw for each effect.
- Dazed effect by this spell won't removed by damage, and render enemies helpless.
- The DC is Intelligence based. This SLA is treated as a standard level 1 Illusion spell and benefits from effects that increase the DC of your Illusion spells. DDO Forums
- Targets normally immune to Illusions (for example Spiders, Scorpions, Undead and Constructs) can still be blinded and silenced.
- Plain spiders are looks immune to all aspects of the spell (does not apply to spider-shaped magical beasts or outsiders). But actually can blinded and silenced without overhead effect sign (you can see properly on examine window).
- Tests:
- Heighten Spell only heightens up to your maximum spell level. For example, for a Bard 4 (casts max spell level 2) Heighten adds +1 DC. For a Cleric 15 (max spell level 8) Heighten adds +7 DC. DDO Forums
- Another test claiming the opposite: DDO Forums
- U41.3 patch says: Color Spray should now be properly considered an Illusion spell.
