Whenever searching for just about any item by name, I get zero results. If I take that exact same string, and paste it into google and add "+Site:ddom.com", I get the correct DDO link to that item as the first result every time.   • We actually stopped using SphinxSearch a couple of years ago. We were using CirrusSearch, but as far as I can find out, support for our version of MediaWiki was pulled in a recent update. Xevo's currently working on updating our MediaWiki software so we can turn it back on. In the meantime, make sure you're capitalising the words correctly; the search does work but currently it can't convert between uppercase and lowercase. ⇒ PurpleSerpent (Contribs • Message) 08:30, March 26, 2022 (EDT)
  • The current Search works in a fashion; albeit it cannot seem to display much in the way simple word search results. I don't think it does full-text searches? It'd have you believe things like the text: JPEG only existed in one page, or the word: Cogs appears in about four pages in total, which of course is poppycock. I don't think its 'search index' goes that far back in time either... :-/
