- The "Elusive Bounty" explorer location, out in the northwest waters? Yep, did last time I bothered with it. Definitely needs a Water Breathing item, as it is a VERY twisty and confusing path (WB spell duration is risky for first-timers), but it's down there, right where shown on the map.
