The standard build for a Rogue that uses the newly updated Thief-Acrobat enhancements and Halfling enhancements.

• Str 15 is needed for the Two Handed Fighting feat. A +2 STR tome is needed by level 15 for the Improved Two Handed Fighting and Greater Two Handed Fighting feats.
