If you are at level 2 or higher, however, he will reply:
- Olistair Binder: Please, someone HELP me! They have my FAMILY!
- You: Calm down. Start from the beginning.
- Olistair Binder: I came home today to find the Sharn Syndicate holding my family! Then..., then they told me to bring them my life's savings.
- Olistair Binder: I'll gladly give everything I own to keep my family safe! But I don't really think the Syndicate will let them go.
- Olistair Binder: I don't know what to do! No one in this forsaken city is strong enough or cares enough to rescue my family in the Binder Home!
- You: It's lucky for you that I came along. I'll bring your family out safely.
- Olistair Binder: Oh, thank you...., thank you, thank you!
- You: Try asking the Stormreach Guard for help.
- Olistair Binder: Oh, no, I want to get my family out ALIVE!
- Olistair Binder: Those callous guardsmen will just get them killed!
- You: All right then, I'll do the Guard's job for them. I'll bring your family out safely.
- Olistair Binder: Oh, thank you...., thank you, thank you!

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make him say:
- Olistair Binder: Please, save my family! The Sharn Syndicate is holding them at my house.
- Olistair Binder: The Binder Home is right here in the Marketplace.
On completion of quest, he will congratulate you with the following:
- Olistair Binder: Althea came running out a moment ago. Everyone's safe! Jerald can't stop talking about how you trounced the Sharn Syndicate. Grandma Binder says she'll bake you some cookies.
- Olistair Binder: Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
After completing the quest and take the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:
- Olistair Binder: My family is doing well since you saved them. We're counting our blessings every day.
