Drop rate[edit]
I've read somewhere that these goggles had 100% chance to appear in the quest arc's end reward list, after completing "The Last Move: Yarkuch's Last Stand". Indeed, every time I ran Tangleroot on Cannith server I could get it. But it's not there anymore, on Khyber server.
