Unbound: This item is Unbound, and may take permanent damage.
This item drops on death or on leaving adventure - The Crest of the Scorpion works as a key and fits into any Scorpion Socket. Usable in some quests, wilderness adventure areas and assassination challenges.
Acquired by:
- Killing certain monsters
- Looting certain treasure chests
- Pick-up on the dock in front of the Raveneye village in The Red Fens
- Breaking breakables in Dr. Rushmore's Mansion
