If you try to talk to him, he will reply:

  • Garrison Felmar: Who? What? Er, sorry there, <???/lady>. I be a little distracted.
  • You: Why are you distracted?
  • Garrison Felmar: Me tools have gone missing thanks to Iss'lar, that scavenging beast of a troglodyte!
  • Garrison Felmar: He claims to be an Underlord, whatever that is, but he is nothing more than a thieving wretch.
  • Garrison Felmar: Don't suppose you'd be willing to go down into the Scavenger's Warren and get me tools back, eh?
    • You: Sounds like fun. I'll go. (Bestow quest)
    • You: Not my problem, sorry. (Walk away)

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make he say:

  • Garrison Felmar: Me pack 'o tools is still missing!
  • Garrison Felmar: Iss'lar still has it, down below the city streets in the Scavenger's Warren

On completion of quest, he will congratulate you with the following:

  • Garrison Felmar: You got me tools!
  • Garrison Felmar: You have me thanks too. Would that I had more to give, but them guards came by and took my last coppers. Taxes, they say!
  • You: At least with your tools, you can earn back what's yours. Good luck, Garrison.

After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:

  • Garrison Felmar: You done me a good service. You got me pack back and now I be feeling a good mite better. You be a good soul.
