Elemental Spiral
The rotating buff available on Spiral, the Voice of the Elements adds, for 12 seconds, to an element (fire, cold, acid and electric):
- 50 exceptional bonus to element spell power
- 20% exceptional bonus to element spell lore
- 5 caster levels to element spells
