- Usage: Passive
- Prerequisite: Combat Casting, Dexterity 13+, the ability to cast 2nd level spells (Artificer 3, Bard 4, Cleric 3, Druid 3, Favored Soul 4, Paladin 7, Ranger 7, Sorcerer 4, Wizard 3)
Description
Normally characters move at half speed while casting, however with Mobile Spellcasting characters move at full speed.
Notes
Speed enhancements (e.g, striding, haste) do not seem to apply when using Mobile Spellcasting, so movement speed is not actually 100%, but closer to 100% than to 50%.
Note that the penalty to casting movement speed does not apply while in mid-air, allowing this feat's effects to be duplicated by jumping while casting spells. However, "jump-casting" makes aiming single-target spells trickier, so this feat may still be useful.
This feat can also be acquired from the Draconic Incarnation epic destiny.
