- Perislav Karamov - Banker
- Seraz, Traveling Merchant
- Shrine of the Morninglord - Spirit Binder (Altar)
- Ezmerelda D'Avenir (vampire hunter) bestows The Light of the Land story arc
- Mailbox (urn) near Seraz
- Exit table for return to House Jorasco or Eveningstar
- Vistani guide who can teleport to nearby areas
