Monster focus orb pictures[edit]
Okay, I have begun uploading some Monster focus orb pictures to the upload section. named (hopefully) the same as the monster pages. This won't be an exhaustive project, I'll just put up what I can and hopefully someone will put them to good use. Drydorn 18:56, June 25, 2006 (EDT)
- so I tried uploading a picture of the armored wight, but its not working on the monster page. I uploaded "Armored wight.jpg" and the monster page has "Image:Armored wight.png" how do i get my picture to appear? Drydorn 19:04, June 25, 2006 (EDT)
- Haha, are you talking to yourself? Might wanna put the notes somewhere where somebody'll notice them (-: Anyway, notice - you uploaded Media:Armored wight.jpg; but the image is Media:Armored wight.png - you need to convert the file to a PNG before uploading it (-: Elliott Cable - ?+¿ - ‹·› 19:09, June 25, 2006 (EDT)
- Hmm, well I resaved the image as a .png and uploaded it. Now the Armored wight page shows a "red X" in the info box, as if the image was broken. Is the image supposed to be a special size? like 64x64 or something? or is supposed to auto-size, like I was hoping it would do. Drydorn 10:28, June 26, 2006 (EDT)

- You have to get used to troubleshooting wiki problems - right-click on the image link, this is the URL: http://img.enterwiki.net/thumb.php?f=Armored_wight.png&w=100 - interestingly enough, it fails to show it, whereas http://ddo.enterwiki.net/thumb.php?f=Armored_wight.png&w=100 shows some random characters - http://ddo.enterwiki.net/page/Image:Armored_wight.png has the image, but http://img.enterwiki.net/page/Image:Armored_wight.png doesnt. Weird. Try uploading it somewhere else, like Media:Test.png. Just as a test, and show it somewhere else. Elliott Cable - ?+¿ - ‹·› 14:28, June 29, 2006 (EDT)
