Welcome Aris, your link on the forum seems solid and I will look into the ruby encrusted gauntlets having detonation. If I may, however, note that in order to make our posts look professional as much as we possibly can, we use the Template:Post to write messages on talk/discussion pages. The format for this template is simple, you start your post with "{{SUBST:Post|" then you put in a number to represent the indent of the post which is usually the post before yours plus one (in the case of this post, my welcome message post was level 0, so this post is level 1). The exception to this is if your post is the very first post on a subject, then it is indented "0". Next you put in the code so that your response will be automatically signed and date & time stamped for you which looks like "|~~~~|" Now you have the base work done and it is time for your comment or post. There are a couple of "reserved symbols you should know how to escape to make them show up correctly. The Post template does not like = (equal signs), | (pipes), or < (less than symbols). If you need to put one of these symbols, you will need to use: {{=}}, {{!}}, or < respectively. Once you are done typing out your comments, the final step is to close the post with a pair of curly brackets like "}}" So, lets say you wanted to start a new discussion thread on my talk page; your post might look like: "{{SUBST:Post|0|~~~~| What ever you want your post to say to me. }}" You may follow the link to the Post template I have linked to see these instructions more specifically with an example (If I remember correctly), look over most any admin's talk/discussion page, or ask me or any other admin on the wiki or on our DDO_wiki:IRC chat channel. Hmm, ok, thank you for that. I knew that we were supposed to date it but couldn't find the information at the time, let's see how this work. Thanks for the input! Aris (ContributionsMessage) 05:58, May 27, 2012 (EDT)
