"These come from a former EU player that knew how to access the in-game loot tables. They don't still play, and I don't know who they are (I got it thirdhand)."

Reaver's Fate[edit]

  • Chance to get raid loot: 16%/17%/20%
  • Chance that raid loot is a particular item: 8% (yes, ALL of them have the same drop rate)
  • Chance that raid loot is a +3 tome: 4%

Total chance per chest:

  • Madstone Boots or any other particular item: 1.28%/1.36%/1.6%
  • +3 tome, any: 0.64%/0.68%/0.8%
  • +3 Con tome: 0.1088%/0.1152%/0.136% (Str, Int and Cha have the same chance)
  • +3 Dex tome: 0.1024%/0.1088%/0.128% (Wis has the same chance)

Each item on the 20th list is also 8% to be each particular item and 4% to be a tome.

Accursed Ascension[edit]

Normal/Hard/Elite currently nerfed to 16% drop chance, with Hard and Elite being further bugged reducing the actual rate to 16%/15.52%/14.56% for Normal/Hard/Elite named items. This is to be corrected in some way in Update 13.

There is an additional roll for the Seal of the Black Abbot of 0%/11%/16% for Normal/Hard/Elite.

See discussion. - Backley 17:37, February 17, 2012 (EST)

Update 13 reportedly fixed the hole in the drop table, so the drop rates are 16%/18%/20%. Rodrak was permabanned from DDO and the DDO Forum for providing the mined info that the loot table was bugged. to report of the fix on alt forum./0#0 DDO Vault Backley 13:10, March 19, 2012 (EDT)
Nice info. Seems all the best people get banned eventually =/. All the little things eventually add up and get you. Turbine doesn't care about their valued veteran customers that contribute a lot to the community. Problem is they hold grudgess forever.. Reasonable people would forgive/forget about a minor issue from years ago. - Shade 13:37, March 19, 2012 (EDT)

Note that there is very little difference in drop rates between different items in this raid.

  • Common items (each item 1.28% normal, 1.6% hard, 2% elite)
    • Purging the Pantheon
    • Wretched Twilight
    • Vile Blasphemy
    • Deific Diadem
  • Uncommon items (each item 1.12%/1.4%/1.75%)
    • All others (including Litany)
  • +3 BtC Tomes (0.8%/1%/1.25%)
    • If you receive a +3 tome, it has a 16% chance to be Wisdom, 16% to be Dex, and 17% to be any other particular stat.
  • Total chance for raid loot: 16% norm, 20% hard, 25% elite.

20th rewards (per item):

  • 8% - any particular common item
  • 7% - any particular uncommon item
  • 0.85% - any particular 'common' tome
  • 0.8% - Wisdom tome
  • 0.8% - Dex tome

Vision of Destruction[edit]

  • Total chance to get raid loot: 15%/20%/25%
  • Total chance to get +3 tomes: 0%/1%/1%
  • By item:
    • Group 1 - Bard's Cloak, Tharne's Goggles, Full Plate of the Defender, Enlightened Vestaments, Gloves of the Glacier: Each item 2.7%/3%/3%
    • Group 2 - Tharne's Bracers, Bracers of the Glacier: Each item 0.75%/2%/4.5%
    • Group 3: +3 tome, Str, Con, Int or Cha: Each item 0%/0.17%/0.17%
    • Group 4: +3 tome, Dex or Wis: Each item 0%/0.16%/0.16%
  • 20th end reward:
    • Each item slot has a 12% chance to be any particular item from Group 1, an 18% chance to be any particular item from Group 2, and a 4% chance to be a +3 tome (again, roughly equal chance of each stat but Dex and Wis are *slightly* rarer).
  • Note that VoD and HoX are unique among the raids in that the loot tables for raid loot are actually different on different difficulties, rather than you just getting more items from the same table. Mindsunder also has this quirk.

Tharne's Goggles is a Group 1 item. It therefore drops with a 2.7% drop rate on Normal, 3% hard, 3% elite. Other Group 1 items have identical drop rates. Tharne's Bracers is a Group 2 item. It therefore drops with a 0.75% rate on Normal, 2% hard, 4.5% elite. Clearly the Devs thought these were the *best* items from this raid. Getting a +3 tome is impossible on Normal, and 1% on Hard or Elite.

Interestingly, the only difference between Hard and Elite is an increased drop rate for the two Group 2 items.

Tower of Despair[edit]

Part 2[edit]

  • 11% - Shard of Great Power
  • 30% - Medium Energy Cell (may be charged or uncharged)
  • 100% - Random set item (belt or amulet) - each individual one is either 3% or 3.5%
  • 100% - Random medium ingredient (16% for each normal one, 4% splintered horn)

Part 3 - Horoth chest[edit]

  • Getting loot in the first place: 18%/22%/26%
  • Once you have loot, that item is a specific common ring 3.5% of the time, a specific uncommon ring 3% of the time, a specific rare ring 2.5% of the time, and a tome 1.5% of the time. Most of the more popular rings are in the uncommon category.
  • Overall, to get *exactly* the ring you want: 0.54%/0.66%/0.78% if uncommon, slightly higher if common.
  • Getting a tome: 0.27/0.33/0.39.
  • Trophies: 1/1d2/1d3
  • Chest is also +1 loot and double loot.

Rare rings list:

  • Band of Siberys
  • Ann Velsing's Band

Common rings list:

  • Whisper Ring
  • Ring of Deftness
  • Morah's Ring
  • Kyrian's Band
  • Tevli's Touch
  • Rakhir's Ring
  • Lorinthor's Ring

The 23 rings not listed are uncommon.

Part 3 - Suulomades chest[edit]

  • Tomes: 0.12%/0.24%/0.36% (NOTE: Chest is bugged and does not spawn on Hard and Elite until further notice (fixed in Update 7))
  • Shroud Large Ingredients: 25%/50%/75%
  • If you get a Large, 16% chance of each normal large ingredient, 4% chance of Large Horn.

Chest is also +1 loot, and has a 5.88%/11.76%/17.64% chance to have bonus loot from the level 23 table (so if you run it on Hard, you always get level 22 loot, plus you also have an 11.76% chance at also getting level 23 loot).

So note that even with the current bugs, Elite without Suulo is (slightly) more lucrative than Normal with Suulo.
