Here are the Release Notes for Update 45.3.2, released on Tuesday, March 31st.

- Several sources of client and server performance issues have been identified, and steps taken to mitigate them. We will continue to evaluate performance issues and investigate them as they appear.
- Logging in with both a Sentient Weapon and a Minor Artifact equipped will now register and apply the Filigree set bonuses from both items without needing to unequip and re-equip the items.
