Description: To flag for the quest Stealer of Souls, Thear asks you to collect gems found in 6 different Wilderness Adventure Areas. The gems drop out of rare encounter treasure chests in these zones. Any three types of these gems can be turned into Thear to complete the flagging process (before Module 9 all six were required). Additional gems may be sold or, as they are typed as Trinkets, fed to a Sentient Weapon (be aware Thear will take all dragon gems that are in your inventory when you speak to him, so you might want to do this beforehand.) Once Thear is satisfied, Toriavic collects the 3 Dragonshard Essences from the other quests in Reaver's Refuge which allows access to the quest Stealer of Souls. This flagging process only needs to be completed once. The gems are found in the following wilderness areas:
- Aussiredar's Gem (white) - Aussircaex's Valley
- Iskaryte's Gem (blue) - Mount Reysalon
- Ormaekrix's Gem (blue) - Soami Gardens
- Sventusk's Gem (white) - Ruins of Gianthold
- Thadargix's Gem (black) - Sands of Menechtarun
- Vuthesjing's Gem (black) - Orchard of the Macabre
