Maximize[edit]
I don't know if it's just the Crystal Cove loot or what, but the Maximize appears to be doubled from the rest (ie, Maximize I reduces SP cost by 2, not 1; II reduces by 4, not 2) - it's like that both on the Epic Ornamented Dagger (Tier 1) and the Greater Cunning Trinket.
