Description: Talon Darsin is the head of the Stormreach branch of the Sharn Syndicate, and since you destroyed all of his schemes going around the city, he was forced to try and make a deal with the other Stormreach gangs. Once you meet him at the heart of his mansion, he will tell you:

• Talon Darsin: Welcome, <name>. You've made quite a name for yourself. In fact some people in my organization have told me you're more trouble than you're worth.
• Talon Darsin: I, however, take a different view. We need people like you on our side to carry out our plans for Stormreach.
  • You:And what are your plans for Stormreach?
    • Talon Darsin: Right now the city's gangs are weak and disorganized. I intend to unite all the Stormreach's criminal organizations together into one mighty force.
    • Talon Darsin: Once that force is assembled, nothing in the city will be capable of standing in our way. Anyone who resists us will be killed. So my offer is simple, <name> - join us, or die.
