When the game goes live I will be the co-leader of a guild named Avenging Souls. We are a bunch of friends who are currently playing eq2. I will be dropping that game most likley to play this one. Ok, will look for everyone tonight. Played a little last night but the servers went down for a bit. I got the Harbor access quests done as well as the first 2 waterworks quest and my barbarian is a machine =) Also I dont think thats the name of the server I was put on. US exclusive guild?

I don't know if it will help, but if you were interested in the north american servers, you could download the north american client now at ddo.com/preorder. I think the server list is keyed to the client, so you would be able to play with us. The server list is out now btw, I will try to wikify it shortly.--ArgleBargle 20:51, February 19, 2006 (PST)

Probably getting an US version would work though I couldn't play with my european friends this way. The whole marketing is somehow weired, especially since the german/french "headstart" takes place 2 weeks after the initial european headstart though on the same servers. I hope they'll make the US and European versions compatibel somewhere in the future. Splitting communities is always a bad thing to do.--Ziu 00:34, February 20, 2006 (PST)
