I tested this and it DOES NOT allow for sneak attacks to activate like unbalancing strike does. 67.246.57.236
Proc rate testing[edit]
I tested with some kobolds. The effect triggers only when they land damage (despite the description) and lasts for 20 seconds. Of 203 hits, the effect triggered 20 times. That gives a 95% confidence interval of 5.89728% to 13.4525%. --Agthorr 08:44, December 15, 2011 (EST)
