After Update 13.2, I tried to run this quest twice, and both times, btoh bridges worked as if they are not there (I fell straight to the lower floor). This don't affect quest completion, but I want to know if someone else is experiencing this before adding a note to the quest page.--Nibelung (Contributions • Message) 17:34, May 7, 2012 (EDT)

Hmm.. That's an interesting bug. I'll see if I can get a couple of toons in there to dual box it tonight.
Be sure to submit a game bug report, then summarize your bug on the quest page. Also, add the {{bug}} tag on the quest page. This will add it to the Game bugs  for easy tracking.

I've run into this myself... I've found that it only happens if you are standing right up close to the bridge when it drops and you don't step away first. I've used it to my advantage short-manning the quest. Don't stand so close to the bridge before it drops... Stand back and wait for it to fully go down. I added Bernt Soren and Lorenne Filloy as optionals. I got 355 xp on Normal, which by my math comes out as 12%. Or is it 10% plus 25% for first time completing on Normal?

Does anyone know how to get to the first chest? It's way up high and I don't see any ladders or ledges to it. Ditto for the third chest
