Some things must be noted:
- In the Legendary version, after you choose a weapon, he offers you a free Sentient Jewel
- The weapon and jewel are offered once per character life
-- But if you get a weapon at Heroic, and come back to the Legendary version, do you get a Legendary weapon? If not, can you still get a Jewel?
