Energy Drain?[edit]
Pretty sure on Elite he has some form of Energy Drain as well. I hadn't had deathward up, and took about 18 negative levels over the course of fighting him. Didn't manage to get a snap of the combat log though to see exactly what it was. He also does Charisma damage, presumably Ego Whip like the Councillors. Specs?[edit]
I'm not sure how the Monster Manual classification works so I'll leave it for someone more skilled than I.
He shows up as "The Devourer of Dreams", under Quori which is under Outsider. Manual VI.
On normal (solo, does scaling apply on this one?) he has 25k and change hp, half that on casual. 49k and change on hard--perhaps I just rolled very low on his hp.
He's using Mind Thrust on me on hard, presumably the same on normal. I didn't suffer any stat damage on casual.
