Does the spell penetration bonus granted by this passive feat apply to all spells (including divine or bard spells) or just arcane or wizard spells? The annotated description seems kind of ambiguous. --Zt2211 14:48, November 3, 2011 (EDT)
Clarified the article for you.
All spell penetration bonuses always apply to everything.
The +2 DC bonus only applies to wands and scrolls.
