If it's helpful for anyone, I put together a list of most of the new names and descriptions for elemental/alignment/bane damage weapons. It's in my sandbox at the moment for lack of a better place for it but I think eventually we'll want to incorporate it into weapon articles. Here's the link.
On crit elemental (e.g. flaming burst) weapons don't seem to be dropping in random loot so I only have a few that show up on the new named items. These are the names that replaced Weapon's Critical Fire Effect, etc.
Note that some effect names were reused for different abilities. 'Blazing' used to mean 2d6 fire damage, but now 'Blazing N' means Nd6 critical light damage.
