My friend and I did a quest level 2 which killed us, so I went out got my 7th level Necro went back with his 2nd level rogue and took sweet revenge. At the end I got a over 2k exp and he got zero. its something called power-leveling penalty. see Experience points. you were level 7, your buddy was level 2. so he was considered being power-leveled and received -75%. level 7 party entering level 2 quest gives -75% too (this went to both of you). so, you still received 100-75, 25% of base quest XP. however for him it was 100-75-75, ending up with 0 XP.
