So I decided to explore all of Sschindylryn on my own. Went and got all the messages. The map is still under construction. But I found a Rare Encounter who is the Avithoul Slavemaster, Orgallryd Avithoul. He is right at Missive #2. Chest is on the bigger rock right there.
