As of the Dec 2015 loot change, implement bonus is now based on something else - I'm pulling loot like +6 Combustive Light Mace of Corrosion which has +66 Implement bonus to universal spellpower. 109.189.205.60 (Message • Block • Check) 13:25, December 19, 2015 (EST)
- I've also seen this, the new formula seems to be 3 x minimum level of the item. However, IIRC it is not consistent and might be a bug, so let's wait a bit. --Cru121 (Contribs • Message • Email) 13:53, December 19, 2015 (EST)
re: stacking, I was just in game upgrading my gear from a +3 scepter and orb to a +5 scepter and orb. If implement bonuses don't stack I would see no change in anything except Cold spell power (it's a glaciation orb) but I saw an increase of 7 across the board - acid, negative, positive, everything. - To my best knowledge, implement bonus stacks with everything except itself, i.e. if you have two sources of implement bonus, only the higher should apply. From my combat log: Effects): You have multiple effects granting a Implement bonus to Spell Power that do not stack. ( Clamorous Forum Post and +3 Resonating 70 Heavy Mithral Shield of Physical and Magical Resistance 12 ) And my spell power did not increase.
