Updating the wiki to match official description actually reduces the usefulness of our wiki. Please do not do that.
The official descriptions are almost always wrong, so do not assume the feat has changed due to description changes, or vice versa. The description for this feat has changed several times, and has NEVER been accurate to how it actually works.
DDO official descriptions are written by brain dead monkies. Keep this in mind in the future. Please use ingame testing to verify information instead. -- Shade
