Today I was walking around with my artificer equipping this runearm and the Bracelet of Madness. Then I noticed some mobs dying as if hit by a PK. I'm sure I was equipping this runearm, and not Lucid Dreams (which do have nightmare guard). I'll test it further later, but I believe this runearm gives the bracelet an unlisted nightmare guard enhancement. Just in case someone else have both items and want to test to be sure.
