How do you get to Fred?
- He's in one of the Houses off the Marketplace. (I forget which right offhand)
Is it possible to retrain a feat that is the prereq for another feat without losing that feat? For example, if I make an elf rogue, 1st level: Combat Expertise, 3rd level: Improved Feint, and then I go through the dragonmark quest and get Fred to switch out Comb.Expertise for the Dragonmark of Shadow, will I still be able to use Improved Feint?
- It's not possible to change a feat that is a prereq to another feat you have. You have to respec them out one by one. --Borror0 19:22, November 14, 2009 (EST)
The page currently states 15 Astral shards are required to Swap feats. I've just swapped feats at level 5 for 11 Astral Shards. Has the cost been reduced, or is it level dependant?

- I had checked it on a level 19 toon and level 25 toon to get 15, I think I may have also checked it on a level 17 toon... 17-25 were all 15 shards.. I do not recall checking any lower level toons. It is possible, and I will test 1, 4, 7, and 11 later today.
