Talk:Epic Weapons and Crafted Weapons
All of the Epic (Scroll/Shard/Seal) items appear to have a Mythic +2 or +4 as part of their potential effects. I do not think this is accurate. Here is an example: Item:Epic_Envenomed_Blade I've also seen Crystal Cove items and Cannith Crafted items i.e. Item:Epic_Cutthroat's_Smallblade_(Level_20) and Item:Epic_Elemental_Rapier_of_Air show these Mythic bonuses, and I do not think they are possible to be created with Mythic bonuses either.

- You're right, I have also observed it on end rewards (those cannot be mythic either). See also Template_talk:Mythic#Rework. — previous unsigned
