Echo of Power: 1) Please allow the echo of power to reach the full 15 SP instead of stopping at a point that is NOT an addition of 4SP.
2) Please change the Echo of Power to a recharge rate of 2SP per 5seconds AND allow it to go to the Max SP the toon has normally. ie. A toon with 600SP would regenerate 2SP every 5 seconds up to 600 SP. Sstegner2 (Contribs • Message • Email) 01:17, April 21, 2016 (EDT)
