Talk:Credit Card Expiration Date Change
Hello. My Credit Card was expiring soon, however, I received a new one with a different expiration date and security code. Prior to my monthly charge, I updated the payment source in game, however my account STILL expired and all my VIP and expansion packs and other characters are not accessible or deleted. Please make this process better with a "replacement" payment that processes account payments in a more timely manner. Also, please update my account as prior to this situation. PS. Yes I saw an automatic charge to my account for VIP services just a week prior to this catastrophe.
