Only known spawn location[edit]
Took me almost 40, FORTY, full runs of the entire Cogs before I finally got this guy. From what I've searched around on the DDO forums about him as well, unlike every other rarespawn in the Cogs, this guy only has one known spawn location:
- On the high flat rock just to the west of Worker's Diary 13.
As far as I can tell, nobody has ever seen him spawn in any place other than this.
