Description
Ranged Magical Attack. You cause [4d6/8d6/12d6] Chaotic damage and reduce the Healing Amplification of the opponent by [40/80/120] for 12 seconds. The reduction is negated by a Fortitude saving throw with a DC of 18 + Warlock level + the higher of Intelligence or Charisma modifier. The damage scales with 125% Spell Power. Your enemy is also marked with the Strickened trait.
Notes
- Stricken fires a slow moving bolt that deals an burst of Chaotic damage. Although it has a save, the save does not affect the damage dealt in any way.
- Stricken's damage can be increased by taking further enhancements in the Soul Eater tree. Each of the following enhancements provides an additional 4d6 Chaotic damage. With all three enhancements, Stricken deals 24d6 damage.
- Targets marked with Consumed gain the following traits from further enhancements as well:
- Strickened Soul (Tier 3): Striking a target marked with Strickened with a weapon or Eldritch Blast debuffs that target with -20 Melee Power, Ranged Power, and Spell Power for 10 seconds.
- Strickened Form (Tier 4): Striking a target marked with Strickened with a weapon or Eldritch Blast applies a stack of vulnerability.
- Upon casting Stricken, you may also trigger the following enhancements:
- Feeding Frenzy (Tier 2): Bug: Despite only naming Consume, Stricken still triggers Feeding Frenzy and provides a stacking 1% bonus to movement speed per Warlock level for 20 seconds upon being cast. The spell does not need to inflict damage.
